Tuesday	Read pp. 24 and 25 Read The War Escalates Excerpt from a Textbook (Secondary Source)	Read pp. 29-34 Dear Folks by Kenneth Bagby (Primary Source) and from Declaration of Independence from the War in Vietnam by Martin Luther King Jr. (Primary Source) Do questions 1-5 pp. 34
Wednesday	Outline Constructed Response Essay pp. 35 Write your own analysis and evaluation of the primary and secondary sources about the Vietnam War. For each piece summarize the main idea. Then Consider how credible, biased, or accurate each piece seems to be. Finally, assess the value of each piece as a primary or secondary source. Before your write you can take notes on a chart in your RWnotebook. Bring Draft to class on Friday.	Analysis of Primary and Secondary Sources Essay due to Turnitin.com by 5PM on Friday. If you need help remember LACER in Room 123 is open from 3-5 daily.
